- Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry to the giveaway is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
- The promotion commences at 8:30am (ICT) on 3 February 2012 and closes at 5:30pm (ICT) on 30 March 2012.
- To enter the giveaway, entrants must subscribe to the AsiaWebDirect.com newsletter by 30 March 2012.
- There are five Prize Vouchers, each being an accommodation voucher Starwood Hotel properties. These include: 1 2-night stay in a Garden View Room with breakfast at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Cha-Am, Hua Hin, Thailand; 1 2-night stay in a Deluxe Room with breakfast at the Le Meridien Chiang Mai, Thailand; 1 2-night stay with breakfast in a Plunge Pool Suite at The Le Meridien Koh Samui Resort & Spa, Thailand; 1 2-night stay with breakfast in an Urban Room at The Aloft Bangkok - Sukhumvit 11, Thailand; 1 2-night stay with breakfast in an Deluxe Room at The Sheraton Krabi Resort & Spa, Thailand.
- All hotel vouchers are valid till 29 February 2013. With the exception of the voucher for Le Meridien Chiang Mai, which is valid till 31 May 2012. These validity dates include black-out dates during public holidays.
- At 9:30am (ICT) on 30 March 2011, AsiaWebDirect.com will conduct a draw for six winners for each Prize Voucher. The draw will be conducted at the AsiaWebDirect.com office at 23rd Floor, The Millennia Tower, 62 Langsuan Rd, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok, Thailand.
- The five Prize winners will be notified via email by 12:00pm (ICT) on 30 March 2012. The winners’ name will also be published on www.facebook.com/AsiaWebDirect and www.Twitter.com/AsiaWebDirect .
- Each Prize winner will need to reply to the Promoter via email by 4 April 2012 for the promoter to send them the Prize Voucher.
- Should a Prize winner not be contactable within 7 days, Asia Web Direct will draw another winner to be contacted and offered the prize. This process will continue until a winner is found.
- The Prize voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Transportation to and from any accommodation booked using a Prize voucher is the responsibility of the prize winner.
- The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
- If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
- The Promoter will collect the name, email address, postal address and telephone number of each winner. The purpose of collecting this personal information is to enable the Promoter to administer the promotion. By entering this promotion you agree that the Promoters and their partners True Group may use the aggregate information collected from the competition for related research and marketing purposes. Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
