Coco Beach Resort

Coco Beach was actually the first accommodation to be established in Mui Ne, founded by European couple Daniel and Jutta, back in 1995, and sits on a small plot of coconut tree-strewn land next to the only private beach, center-stage in the middle of Mui Né Bay. The resort offers guests a unique and serene balance of rustic charm and modern amenities.

The tranquil resort has only 31 individual bungalow and villa accommodation (with a choice of one or two bedrooms) - these dotted across pretty manicured gardens. Although of an international standard with all modern amenities provided – rooms feature aircon, mini-bar, hairdryer, IDD telephone, room safe, Wifi access, stylish bathrooms and plenty of storage space – Coco Beach accommodation still offers a laid-back, traditional rustic charm, with tasteful ethnic décor touches both inside and out. To emphasize the relaxation element, televisions are not provided in the rooms.

On-site resort facilities extend to a landscaped pool with adjoining pool bar, a white sandy beach with plenty of beach chairs as well as a snack bar and a thatched roof massage pavilion. The Coco Club on the beach proposes various kinds of sport activities, from early morning yoga to sailing lessons. A Boutique, Library, kids’ playground, table tennis and comfortable hammocks throughout the gardens are also offered. Babysitting services are available and two golf courses are nearby.

The charming Champa Restaurant is one of only a few fine-dining restaurants in the Mui Né area. In the afternoon a selection of Coffees and Tees from all over the world are served here with an assortment of home-made pastries. And for dinner, Champa Restaurant offers excellent Mediterranean cuisine with a large selection of fine wines and cigars. Décor is polished floorboards and delightful ethnic decor reflecting the regional culture. Soft romantic lights, great service and a superb view out over the swimming pool and tropical gardens all combine to make this a pleasurable and romantic fine dining experience.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Paradise Beach Club is a nautically themed, timber beach bar-cum-restaurant right on the beach. Great cuisine served here features a wide choice of Asian and International specialties, salads, pasta and freshly caught seafood and fish. Additionally, every evening, an informal Seafood Barbeque is hosted here. Choose from dining at the bar, tables, or on Malibu-style lounge chairs gazing out to sea, perfect for catching stunning Mui Ne sunsets.

If you feel like breathing in the fresh air of the ocean and unwind your body and mind with a fresh cold beer, head over to the Beach Bar which is located directly on the beach front. Snack food from salads to panini, sandwiches and burgers as well as Ice-cream, cocktails and beers are available all day.

Centered around a 70 inches wide-screen plasma TV Satellite) and an antique billiard table, The Dany's Pub offers a large variety of imported beers as well as an exhaustive list of cocktails and shooters. Cozy, comfortable decoration and subdued lighting give this sports-bar at Coco Beach a truly British Pub atmosphere. Darts and Leisure Games are available too.

Every year, Coco Beach Resort closes for a full month to renovate which makes the resort one of the best maintained resorts the area.
