We were disappointed with this hotel having seen the glowing reviews. A visit to the Victoria made us wish we had chosen this. The shuttle times are limited to town. The "private beech and restaurant" very disappointing. Our telephone and TV had problems. and there were a number of problems with the bathroom. Staff were friendly but we felt we were constantly raising issues. Internet access was very limited and slow with no wireless facility. Extra charges at every corner.
