A very friendly hotel, nothing was too much trouble for the front desk staff. I did feel it was very overpriced compared to other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam though. Breakfast was disappointing and limited. I asked for coffee and juice, but was only allowed one or the other. When I asked for the coffee instead of the toast, or another piece of fruit instead of the toast (unable to eat bread as a celiac) I was told it was not possible! Very strange, so we ended up having to go out to top up the breakfast every day!

I was a good hotel, but when we ordered breakfast, it arrived and the eggs were not done as we had asked (we wanted scrambled and got fried) and we were given ice coffee instead of the hot coffee we ordered. But we ate it anyway.
