Nothing wrong with the hotel but...!!! there was a Master Card label in the hotel door and in the reception disk, but... We asked on the last evening before departure to have our bills ready in the morning, and they were but... The hotel asked 5 % for creditcardpayment and when I denied to pay they said the creditcardmachine is not working and I have to go to ATM, I refused to do it... The receptionist wanted not to understand that if the machine is not working, it is their problem, not customer,s. After half an hour fight I agreed to go to ATM and the hotel gave me 5 % discount, Pitty for the hotel this kind behaviour - I visit 1-2 times a year in Saigon but this hotel I donīt choose anymore !
