Superior room was given instead of Deluxe. Was told that hotel was full and no compensation made. Was informed by bell boy that room stay was superior and not through front desk. Have to pop down to receptionist to double confirm room given was wrong, reception staff wasn't that happy when request was made to have room change the following day. Overall quite a pleasant stay. I was a bit disappointed about the room don't think equip with sound proof well, during night I can hear people talking and walking outside the room, and even shower at next door...quite annoying.
