Asian Ruby 3 Hotel

Very friendly staff and good location.

I stayed at the Asian Ruby 3 and I have a big complaint about one of the Bell boys who was really nasty and slammed the door in my face as I was getting in the taxi when I left the hotel at the end of my stay.

The Bell boy is short and spiky hair; When I first got to Asian Ruby on Thursday I did not tip the boy because I did not have any change or local money. For the following 3 days of my stay that Bell boy had a bad attitude towards me and on my last day he took my luggage out of storage and nearly threw one bag at me. Then as I was getting into the taxi to go to the airport he threw my luggage upside down in the back of the taxi. As I got in the taxi he slammed very hard the car door on my side and as he was walking away he looked back at me and smiled.

I mentioned this to the receptionist at the counter. He just made excuses for the Bell boy.

Also the bed room sheets during the duration of my stay were never changed- same dirt marks for 3 days-NEVER changed?!!!

There was also a nasty smell in the corridors because they never vacuumed the carpet corridor floors.

The breakfast fair was tasteless and identical every morning. They even had a dish called "discharge stomach of pig".

Asian Ruby is just a "dressed-up" 2 star pigeon hole. I paid for the Premium deluxe room and it was only 17 sq meters big! For the same price I could have gotten nearly 40sq meters at the Saigon Family Inn but it was sold out at the time.

Nice hotel with resonable price and good location.
