The hotel is very nice and clean, looks exactly as shown on the web. Its location is good, there were nice restaurants few streets away. The staff are very friendly, always ready to assist you, even the non english speaking staff would try to help you as much as they could to help you settle in. When we visited, it was about 15 to 20 degrees, room was comfortable without heating, though the water heater requires some skill to get it to the right temperature. We extended our stay to 4 nights as we were pleased with the hotel.
Very clean, nicely presented and good value. Room was perfect with quiet air con and excellent power shower. We checked out in the morning. Staff not only held our bags all day until our night flight, they also booked our taxi to the airport (15 usd) and gave us access to that all important shower room just before we left Hanoi in the evening after a long day in the old quarter. Recommended.
