although was a little further out than expected, we would stay there again if we visit Hanoi again. The reception staff couldnt be anymore helpful, they were so friendly and caring of our needs. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. A great hotel choice if you arent wanting to stay right in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi Old Quarter.
