The location of the hotel is excellent, the bed was comfy and the room quiet. The only downside was that we stayed on the 5 th floor and the lift did not work well. The bathroom fell apart, the bathtub leaking, the toilet did not flush well etc. Breakfast was a bid strange: loud cnn, horrible coffee and vietnamese food.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, all in all not bad place to stay.

The staff was very kindely with us, always smiling and ready to help us for facilities (organisation of trip, print vouchers, change flight dates, so on). Location was great, peaceful, in the middle of restaurants and shopping place.
