We booked the hotel but was unable to stay because the air conditioner broke down. Thanks to reception staff, we were arranged to stay in another hotel - Silkpath
The facade seemed very budget hotel-like, but the rooms were in excellent condition and very well furnished for this price range. I was also happy with the location as it was in the Old Quarter, and allowed us to walk around and experience the authentic Hanoi lifestyle.
