Completely overpriced. Bit far out of town and very spread out. Our booking was messed up again and our two rooms were blocks apart. The pool is not heated and very few people were using it. Value for money this hotel was drastically overpriced.
This is my first time at the Intercontinental (Nov 26th and 28th, 2009) and I was very impressed. I will definitely stay at your hotel chain again. Excellent service. Good food. Friendly staff. You made it all very easy.
I enjoyed the service and facilities in the Club InterContinental as it is very cosy, exclusive and relaxing. The hotel is built in the Westlake that gives so much tranquillity and beautiful view.
