DONT STAY HERE! This is a terribly run down hotel. The location is on a very busy street. There was water running down the walls in the bathroom and mold in the corners. The sheets were clean but not sure about the duvet covers. The breakfast was badly cooked and minimal. Internet price is significantly higher. Beds are hard. AC hardly worked. Owners or staff sleep in the lobby. I wouldnt reccomend this place to a dog. The staff were not very helpful and there command of English was very bad so any problems were difficult to commnicate to them.

Overall I would never stay there again. For $40 USD a night it seems steep for what you get. Maybe that is Hanoi. I cancelled my 2nd night and moved. Some notes about my stay.....
a) Staff sleep in the lobby at night. Had to wake them up to go out at 12 midnight.
b) Very noisy.I need a quiet room and didnt get one. Doubt there are any there.
c) After checking out .The receptionist forgot to return my passport. Had to go back. Then she then gave me someone elses passport. Had to go back again! Total disinterest from her and quite unprofessional. Appalling attitude.
4)The room was poky and had no window.
There seems to be some confusion about what is a 2 star and what is 3 stars. This hotel is listed as both in various places.
