A very pleasant hotel. Good accomadation, very personable staff, courteous and very helpfull. Met with Mr Amir Ahmad Mohamad (G.M) and was impressed with his overall awareness of the daily functioning of his hotel. An area that needs to be watched though is the hiring of a taxi to visit the ancient city of Hoi An. Prices need to be agreed clearly, perhaps clarity in writing it down. This was one area we felt disappointed in. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and the sky view over the city is stunning. We would not hesitate to return there again.
