Set on its own private beach, this is the ultimate setting for a luxury villa in Vanuatu. Villa 25 comprises three gracious villas, each comfortably sleeping two couples or a family of four. A pool-side pavilion, just a few metres from the water?s edge, provides a heavenly location for Pacific-style entertaining and relaxation.

Award-winning architect, Pierre du Toit, has designed these luxury villas in Vanuatu to maximise the privacy of each individual villa and views of the sea. The buildings are sympathetic to the local environment. Their steep pitched shingle roofs, solid block construction and attractive louvered joinery encourage restful living.

A shopping service is available for basic supplies so that you can arrive with food provisions already stocked in your kitchen.
Villa 25 is not suitable for young children.

Each luxury villa has two bedrooms, one with a superking bed and the other can be configured as either two single beds or a superking. Each villa has it's own bathroom with shower.

The villa kitchens have a full size fridge/freezer, a two hob gas cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge area features a 3 seater sofa, two chairs, an antique sideboard and a coffee table. Comfortable contemporary furnishings are complemented with art works by New Zealand artist, Greg Morrison.

Each villa has an attractive patio with a table and four chairs. Other amenities include wireless internet access, a 42 inch flat screen television for DVDs/music, etc, stereo, iPod docking station and DVD player. The villa bedrooms are fully air-conditioned or guests may chose the option of fans.

The Pavilion provides a perfect setting in which to read a book, sip a coffee or a cocktail, or host a sit down dinner.
