The apartment has a beautiful bedroom with queen size bed. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 people as well as cable TV with International channels. The apartment also comes with free high speed Internet access and free International calls to International landlines so you can keep in touch with your family and friends back home. The kitchen is just the right size and has a stove, pots and pans, and a big refrigerator. You have everything at your disposal to cook your own meals. Kitchen also has a table with chairs.

Please note: All guests need to pick up keys for your apartment at the key collection point.

Guests must collect the keys and fill out security deposit documents in our office to obtain entry to their apartment. The key collection point is centrally located. It is right by Port Authority bus terminal. If guests take an airport shuttle they will arrive there and it's a 2 minute walk to the office of the key collection point.

Please put exact arrival time on your booking in the COMMENTS field, specifically ETA, arrival airport & flight number. If you are running late, please call Marina Daria to advise us of your arrival time. Please note that this is a vacation apartment and not a hotel, therefore there is no front desk, that is why we need to know your arrival details.

ADDITIONAL TAX CHARGE INFORMATION:
An additional 14.75% for NY hotel and occupancy tax and service and processing fees is INCLUDED in the advertised rate.
