The Downtown Suite B is a beautiful, two bedroom, 3 room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people in the most dynamic part of Manhattan - the East Village - the best place to eat out, see live entertainment, enjoy numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants, see local attractions and enjoy the real New York. The apartment is comfortable and modern with beautiful renovation.
The apartment has two beautiful bedrooms with queen size beds. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 people as well as cable TV with International channels. The kitchen is just the right size and has a stove, pots and pans, and a big refrigerator. You have everything at your disposal to cook your own meals. Kitchen also has a table with chairs.

Guests must collect the keys and fill out security deposit documents in our office to obtain entry to their apartment. The key collection point is centrally located. It is right by Port Authority bus terminal. If guests take an airport shuttle they will arrive there and it's a 2 minute walk to the office of the key collection point.

If you are running late, please call Marina Daria to advise us of your arrival time. Please note that this is a vacation apartment and not a hotel, therefore there is no front desk, that is why we need to know your arrival details.
