We spent three nights at the Kempinski Mall of the Emirates. At checkin we were upgraded from a deluxe room to a small suite, which was fantastic. They offer a very high level of guest service in a personal way, and they really exceeded our high expectations. Breakfast was not included in the price and was very expensive. However the hotel is situated in a huge mall and there you find different food courts to choose between. We travel a lot, this is one of the best hotels we have ever visited in the world.
