Current Managament is not very much customer service minded and orientated! Became to know that many tourists even cancelled or shortened their booking due to some exptent of poor facility / Restaurant and cleaningless. Management needs to be changed as local Thai staff are working upt ot he limit but they need guidance.
After a long period of travel hotel was just right for the relaxing recovery.
We liked our stay very much; especially the beautiful garden with many palm treas and wonderful flowers, birds etc. The proximity of the beach (which is restricted only to the guests of the resort), facilities such as spa (massage) at the beach, very nice staaf makes this resort worth to visit again and is recommendable to others.
