The room at Coco Palm was really nice, clean and the beds ok. Matresses in Thailand are really hard and not so comfortable. Since Coco Palm is a mid to high rand resort they could invest in better mattresses. We had booked 2 massages and reflexology at their "spa" but they were aweful. I don't think that the therapist have real training at all. Maybe they buy their certificate online or copy them because the 2 therapists had no idea what they were doing. I explained to the manager that if they offer soa treatments they should hire professionals or at least therapist that have serious training but she did not get what I was saying. I know Thailand is cheap for massage but this was a total joke.
I think that they make an effort to keep the place nice but they had this ugly green mesh fence that blocked the view of the beach.
Besides those few minor problems we thought the bungalow was nice enough and failry good value.

the pool villa is excelent. The beach not so niece.
everything else is great. It was just a shame, that the internet was not working for the moste of the time!!!! Even we complaint about 6 times!
