The Pool was so dirty you couldn't use it, for the first 3days. Room service forgot to bring enough towels, at the reception we where told that nobody of the house keeping staff is there and that it is not the job of the reception staff to give us towels. Also the next days no hand towels just big towels for the shower. For a deluxe room very poor. On check out day we where offered to take a shower in the late afternoon before we leave, for that purpose we where given a dirty bathroom, hairs all over, in a dirty room. Very, very poor!!!
I have had a excellent stay, the sea view was beautiful. Staff friendly and spacious room.
Hotel rooms are nice. Facilities great. Bar just near the beach fantastic with one of the friendliest bartenders ive met (sonny). Beds really hard. Some of the staff at reception are hopeless.
