VERY NICE HOTEL
ONLY MISSING TOWELS ON BEACH 2 DAYS IN THE MORNING-NOT READY FROM CLEANING

The hotel has a beautiful setting in Lamai Beach. Location is very good, it's very easy to get everywhere with a taxi. There are plenty of exellent restaurants for dining near by.
The hotel complex itself has an very elegant architecture and a beatiful garden full of water elements and tropical plants.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a room with own plunge pool jacuzzi in the inner courtyard. It's not big enough for swimming but suitable for cooling yourself. And every day the maids decorated our room with fresh flowers.
Only minus is noise from the next door and the rooms above you. Fortunately we stayed there in low season, the hotel was not full so we didn't suffer too much. This is definitely not a hotel for kids.
Pool area is located next to the beach having jacuzzi and nice pool bar with wonderful view and delicious coctails.
There is a really good restaurant in the hotel serving both thai and international cuisine prices being a bit high.
The spa was exellent with many different treatments but be ready to pay quite a high price. If you have a booking with 20% discount in spa as we had, be aware that you have to remain the reception when paying your bill.
I can recommend Pavillion for everyone seeking a little bit luxury with reasonable price.

I cant believe this hotel actually a nasty "INN", bathroom and washroom is open and separated, not providing tooth brush/paste, balcony is not OK, people from outside can see what you are doing, no privacy ! Its facilities is as simple as INN, but price is 5-star hotel price. What am I paying for ?! Only 1 single good point, its location, right at the night market. There are thousands chioces at Koh Samui, I will not choose this hotel in my next visit.
