Lamai Bay View Resort is a beautiful located hotel on a large tropical property sloping down to the sea. From the large balconies of our 26 Samui Style bungalows there are stunning views of the sea and mountain. Our hotel has it's own white sand beach, swimming pool and open-air restaurant serving delicious Thai and Western dishes. Lamai Bay View is conveniently located between Lamai and Chaweng town, in a peaceful area about 15 minutes walk along the beach to nearest shopping & restaurant center.

We booked this hotel because of the location and the view, we also felt it was a bit expensive for what we got, the room itself was quiet nice and the view fantastic but the toilet and shower certainly weren't what we expected for the price we paid. The breakfast each day also wasnt upto the standard we would have expected for the price and the staff didnt have very much English. It was a nice place but there are definetly better places available for the same price and possibly lower.
