The location of Centara Villas Samui emphasises its back-to-nature concept. It lies nestled in a quiet corner of South Samui on its own private beach called Natien. Also near Hua Tanon, a traditional fishing village, Central Samui Village offers a genuine sense of peace and quiet as the southeastern end of the island is much less developed than other areas.
The southern-style Thai villas are private, yet offer all the modern-day comforts dining, and recreational facilities, and a host of beach sports. Samui Butterfly Garden, the Bee house, and one souvenir shop are the only signs of development across the road.

Rooms were as expected, comfortable for the price except for broken air-con and lack of hot water & water pressure. Overall the resort was overpriced, charging at least four times more for products and services (restaurant & spa) than any other place we had visited or seen in Koh Samui or Ko Phangan. e.g 400-500 baht for an oil massage anywhere else on the island, at centara it was 2,000 baht + 10% service charge + 7% tax! Views however are spectacular but do not make up for the fact that this resort is extremely overpriced.
A decent property in a good location in Laem Set area, very quiet and away from the crowds, but reachable to Lamai with car.
This hotel is really nice and the service is excellent....we spent a fantastic time there! Good food (the breakfast is really good) / good location! We come back!
