Dusit Buncha Resort - Koh Tao

The hotel is in a wonderful situation on a cliff with wonderful view. They upgraded our reservation and we could enjoy a room just on the sea. The price is a bit high and the rooms need to be renovated. Restaurant is nice, not too expensive and food is quite good. In general, we have been satisfied with this election.

it seemed to be a paradise, and where it is located it also should be. but when you come in your room and there´s is only a industry lightning in your room than the romance is gone. also the value for money is not what is seems to be. I think they charge a lot of money...the service is not the same as that we have received at par example resorts as panviman.

Hotel is far from town, no free or cheap shuttle. They charge too much for they own taxi. Road to hotel is dangerous, a customer was bitten by a dog in its way to the hotel. The service is very poor, some staff members are unfriendly. The breakfast is terrible, but the view is quite nice and the bungalow we had is ok. Accesses to the sea are in extremely bad conditions making bathing impossible. There is a noisy electricity generator that spreads its exhaust gaz. Pool water is murky.
With the exception of the view, the bungalow and its cleanliness, this place is very bad value for money. We had our breakfasts somewhere else and arranged our departure transfert with other people.
