We would highly recommend Tongsai. Of course the hotel was beautiful and the facilities were excellent, but what made it really special were the people. The management team must really know how to treat the staff because we met employees who had worked at the hotel for many years -- sometimes also with their spouses. And this translated into terrific service everywhere. We were at the resort for three nights and did not leave once to go into the city. There was no need.
a beautiful location, excellent staff. loads of freebies inc a dinner. made to feel at home and special. saw so little of the island as this resort was perfect.
