The staff were fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble for them. All and all a great few days relaxing :)
Beautiful hotel, great pool and location. We thought that the cottages were over priced. The service at times was poor - some staff had a funny attitude (mainly at reception) and there was no service at the pool or beach. Some really disappointing things that we encountered were: 1. Construction site next door was very loud with noise starting early each day and not finishing until 10 - 10.30pm every night. 2. The Friday night BBQ at the beach bar was cancelled without any notice - reason being they were quiet. All in all the resort was beautiful, however with the prices being charged we expected better service, some activities and some peace and quiet to allow us to unwind.
All was fair except bed quality which was horriblly hard
