No power when we got there for first 5 hours.
Shower could not get consistent water flow.
Air conditioning was very loud.
Wi fi did not work well.
Front office manager was very good but most other staff need better training.

Nice, clean hotel with the best location on Chaweng Noi! Nice pools, good breakfast and friendly staff. A lot of stairs if you stay in the main building, but the staff gave you a ride in small golf cars as soon as you needed it!
Facilities were great ,location 10 minutes from shopping/ restaurants.Service verry good ,we will go there again.
