Fair House Beach Resort lies on Chaweng Noi, just 1 km from the main Chaweng Beach with its shopping, restaurants and extensive nightlife. Resort facilities include a beach side pool (fresh water) and hilltop pool (fresh water at the top of the hill with sea view). Rooms are designed in Thai style and situated among swaying coconut palms and gardens. Samui Airport is approximately 20 minutes drive.

Lovely reasonable hotel, v clean and friendly staff. Little bit out of chewing, which is good if you want to relax, the hotel Has an hourly shuttle bus whic takes ten mins and costs 50bht
The Fair House Beach Resort is very well situated at Chaweng Noi Beach, just outside the noisy centre of Chaweng. We saw the airplanes coming but did not hear them. The service given by the staff was excellent and the breakfast buffet delicious. The hotelarea is very well kept with beautiful gardens. The restaurant serves also good food for reasonable prices and offers an oceanview. The swimmingpool (near the restaurant) is clean and the beach is only 100 meters further. We had a wonderful time here and hope to return here in the future.
friendly staff,quiet location.would recommend this hotel.the only downside to this hotel is, that to reach the reception or get out of this hotel you have a huge hill to climb,not good in the heat.plan to return next year to see our lovely thai friends.
