Samui Beach Apartments

Location was good (beach) but rooms very loud; I could only sleep with wax in ears. No couch area inside rooms (others than on pictures); rooms very dark; water in shower became quickly so hot that I had to finish shower for not to burn. I asked twice to upgrade but they told me rooms opposite on same floor would be other hotel (but same reception). If you are fair to your customers you take hotel off from your site.

NEVER STAY HERE! This is the only time I have actually walked away from accommodation for which I have prepaid. We checked out on the same day as we checked in. We were totally disgusted by the smell which was unbearable at reception, on the way to the room and in the room. We checked out as soon as we found alternative accommodation (within 2 hours of checking in). The room was unsuitable for our purposes, with see through bathroom walls for 3 mixed gender guests. It was dark and dingy and backed onto a busy street. There is no way that this was a 3 star room – it didn’t even rate one star. The kitchenette facilities were totally inadequate and we did not want to access our room through a shop.

Good value for money. large room and friendly personnel. Pool is small, beach location just great, shower on the beach
