We arrived day after (19 iso 18) due to flight space availabilty. The hotel did not concider much with this unexpected delay and charged us extra for the day we didn't utilized in the Hotel.
We don't think it's fair ! especialy due to the fact that the hotel was not in ful capacity due to low season.
