Only disappointment with this hotel was that the advertising was a bit misleading - it is a 5-10 minute walk to the happening area of Chaweng, it is a block back from the beach, and the pool is great if you like shade (ie it is undercover).
The hotel was nice. The location was good. I do not like the fact that I was charged 1000 Baht for every "guest" I brought back to the hotel.
clean hotel, the deluxeroom was ok with good A/C. The wiev was terrible we looked down to a backyard,no balcony! Small pool under roof wich give no sun at all,only 6 sunchairs to use! Hotel staff very service minded and helpfull. The only negative with them were that we had e-mailed the hotel before arrival asking if we could keep the room longer on check-out because our flight was in late evening,they said that it was ok but at the hotel they would charge us 1500bath so we checked out anyway!! Only one guest computer for the whole hotel is not much and it was broken for 2 days. Ok breakfast. The location is not good if you want close to beach,you cant swim so far north so you have to walk for about 10-15 minutes,but its near stores and restaurants. We will choose a beach hotel next time!
