Maryoo Hotel is situated in the heights of the mountain between Choeng Mon and Chaweng. This is the greatest solution for people who want to stay away from noise and disturbance and in the meantime being 3 minutes away from Chaweng and Choeng Mon Beach. It is easily accessible from all major airports in Thailand. Transfer time from Koh Samui airport is approximately 10 minutes.

Hotel staff is difficult to communicate with over the phone.
Hotel staff did not offer the Wi-Fi code at check in, and could not communicate over the phone to give it to me. I had to go back to the front desk.
The wi-fi signal frequently drops and is weak.
The hotel services book in the room does not detail how to call room to room. Had to ask the hotel staff.
Hotel was not able to offer scooter rental, and would not coordinate with providers in town. We had to take a taxi into town.
The safe in the room is not secured down. It can be carried away.
Power went out in the early evening for about 20 minutes. There is no emergency lighting in the room and minimal outside emergency lighting.

There is a wonderful hotel, the hotel very tidy, & staff is very helpful, there is a good experience in this hotel.
Nice rooms . Clean . Friendly staff . Been around Samui a lot ....and this is a place to recomend !
