Definitely not a 4+ star hotel. Rooms, bulbs not replaced in lights, old oil burner not clean, long time for water to get warm, antique TV with limited channels, no view at all, but not too bad. Outside, poor design for front beachside of hotel, poor service at beach bar, poor communication at beach bar, unsanitary conditions, drunk at the bar on arrival, cocktail waiter didn't know what cocktails were on the list. Beach pretty poor at front.Breakfast, limited selection of food. Did not compare with prior 4 star hotels in SE Asia. Would put it at a 2, maybe 3 star. Reception staff were friendly, and dinner at the roadside restaurant was good and affordable - cocktails there were also excellent.

Nice hotel. Pool is not very big. Beach not very beautiful. But good service.
the room is very big. under the balcony the is a construction site. very anoying during the day.the staf was not friendly. the is no sea view. bad value for money
