I wanted to extend my stay a couple of days, however the front desk quoted me the full rack rate and suggested that I try to rebook through my agent (asia Web) to get my current room rate. I think they need to be reminded of who their customers really are... I walked to the resort next door and got the local rate which was lower than both. Poor business practice in my opinion.
I will recommend this hotel. We will probably return in a near future. The staff is very friendly and makes your stay very confortable
