Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Good location, clean and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is built beautifully with a tropical forest theme with small cottages scattered across the premises. It is right on the beach and away from the traffic of the main road. The restaurant is on the beach & it is a beautiful experience eating so close to the beach - dinner/barbecue is served on the beach. The breakfast spread is fairly decent. They also have Thai nights on Saturdays. The rooms are small but as you spend such less time indoors its ok. There is massage facility at the beach between 9am-5pm - a lot cheaper than their spa massage facility! The reception can organise tours for you, once you have decided on one of the tours from the brouchers kept at the reception. Close to the shops & restaurants - 5-10mins walk either direct from the hotel. Overall a good experience....would definitely go back if we went to Chaweng Beach!

We stayed at this hotel for abt 4 nights and the hotel was very good. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and above all the location of the hotel was just excellent. All the good eating and drinking places was just a 2 min walk from here... Couldnt get a better location than this. Also this resort is located on the beach so access to the beach was very easy as welll WOuld def recommend this hotel to friends and will def stay here again.... Only drawback was that the frontdesk was at times curt...
