Anantara Lawana Resort & Spa

Anantara Lawana is a nice resort. My overall experience is positive. However, there were too many mosquitoes and the outdoor shower was clogged resulting in a stench from the drains during shower.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly and really helpfull! Our room was perfect (private plunge pool). Breakfast is awesome with so many fresh fruit juices to choose from. It is tucked away from the main beach so is nice a quiet. The Sky Hug is a must for an unusual dining location with lovely views. The food is great too. I did the Thai cooking class there and was great as it is done on your own individual/partnered class, with the hotel staff taking lots of photos of the experience for you. We would certainly return or try another one of the Anatrara resorts

This place is amazing!!! We came in the early morning and our room was already ready for us, so we didn't need to wait in the heat until afternoon. The room was gorgeous, service was impressive and the food was the best. I must say that the staff there were the best I have ever encountered and went 110% out of their way for us at all times from the front service staff, dining staff to even the transport staff hailing cabs, tuk tuks etc for us. I loved it and will definetely come again. This place goes beyond the bar and has now been our new benchmark for all other accomodation. I highly recommend Anantara.
