People at the resort are really lovely, polite and helpfull
Poorly working air-conditioning. Showers with little pressure and bathrooms with open air exposure, so unable to keep air-conditioned or insect-free. Kindly moved to a top room with good air-conditioning, but overall facilities not worth the price and we moved to Hotel Ibis next door after 1 night.
This hotel was in a great location and on the website the rooms looked lovely, however we checked into a standard bungalow although the rooms were fairly clean there was a constant fear that there were insects hidden out of site. the rooms were in despearte need of a revamp.
