This hotel was perfect in every way, from our arrival to departure, the service was perfect, nothing that we requested was too much. If I had to say a negative, it would be the size of the gym, if there was additional multi-weight machine then it would be great.
Beautiful hotel, the location was lovely and our seaview great room was great. Lovely saltwater pool with a great view of the ocean. The spa was also beautiful and the massage really good. We had dinner and lunch in the restaurant and the dinner was very good, but pricey. But the lunch was a disaster, the worst food I´ve had in Thailand. We waited or 45 for a really bad pasta (over cooked penne withe tomato sauce from a can, extreamly dissapointing) that cost 420 bath. We complained, but got no compensation. The service at the hotel was generally good, we were well recieved in the reception. But the waiters in the restaurant knew hardly any english, which made it hard to communicate and created some misunderstandings and mistakes.
This hotel was amazing - a truly lovely experience for me and my friend whilst we stayed here. The only downside was that the hotel itself was a little over priced for food/drink but then it is a 5* Hotel. Apart from that I would stay here again if I came to Koh Samui.The rooms & showeres were out of this work with a view that was second to none. Highy recommended.
