Location is gorgeous, but I don't think Centara should attach its name until it is up to the quality and price asked. We can stay at a JW Marriott, which is always impeccably clean and top notch service for less than we paid per night here. The staff were kind, but the place needs major upkeep and I'm sure it is challenging to offer the same level of service with a boutique hotel.
X2 Rayong is not value for money among X2 brand.
