Destination Surin Resort and Spa

What a great experience we had at the Courtyard by Marriott in Surin beach. The staff were fantastic, it was always service with a smile. Our rooms were very nice, clean, spacious, great balcony. The one-bedroom suite was perfect for us (two adults and 2 children aged 2 and 4yo). The location was perfect, very short walk to the beach. We definitely will be back!!

Nice and well-designed lobby and breakfast restaurant. Nice but small rooms. If you upgrade to a studio the room is much bigger and more like a small, very nice apartment. The grey/green colour of the hotel complex is a little depressing as well as the long corridors in the same colour. The pool area is quiet compact with to much grey stoon instead og more tree and greens. The service at the hotel was generally good and very kind. However, waiting time for food and drinks at the pool bar was too long to be ok.

The hotel was close to the beach, and a great stay for kids. Our 6 and 4 year olds particularly likes Kids Time and the water slides. The service, particularly by the pool, was often slow, which was disappointing for the rates charges. But overall, we would stay there again.
