1. Have stayed the one-bedroom suite last time which was fantastic so stick to stay the next time.
This time all suites are full so can only book a standard room which the room is terribly small.
2. Staffs are not friendly at all!
3. Only 10seats offered on the free shuttle to Central but hotel was quite fully-booked.
Staffs were just keen on recommending us to pay for a taxi outside of the hotel.

Serenity looks like a 4 star hotel from the outside, but in the room it's a 3 star hotel. The grounds and buildings are beautiful. The rooms are average for Thailand. The king bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together. Many people comment that the restaurant menu is limited. I actually got mild food poisoning from one meal. I think with a little improvement this would be a great place. There are condos for sale there and they look nice. However, just for a holiday stay it's not the best choice. I checked out early due to numerous problems. It's a pretty nice place but you can find better for the money.
The beach only exists 25% of the time. The other 75% it is a large mud flat. The rooms are nice and staff are friendly. Most are not well trained and have problems with getting F&B orders correct. Most of the advertising is wrong and you need to confirm things at least 3 times to make sure they are going to happen. Do not take the hotel airport transfer. meter taxi can do both ways for less than 500 bt each way. dont believe the stories about the taxi mafia beating up the meter taxi drivers if they come to the hotel.
