A great hotel with a decent price. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

We were met by unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We had booked for two adults and one child and paid in full. When we arrived we were told that if our child wanted a bed we had to pay extra 300Bht per night. He is 11yrs old and of course he wants a bed, that what we booked and paid for. When we came to leave and I told them I would not pay for the bed as I had already paid for 3 people they called the police. They stayed and we argued for about 20 mins before they left and let us sort it out. We also arranged for transport at the adjoining tourist office at the apartments for transport to Khao Lak. (2 hrs away) The man told us it was 1600Bht but in a private car all the way door to door. the car was 2 hours late and dumped us at the bus terminal 5 mins away. We gave us tickets for the service bus that cost 300Bht and drove off. These are scummy people and I warn you not to use them
