Check in instructions: Check in is very easy. Simply present your booking voucher to our reception staff at our hotel.
Getting there: We offer a free airport pick-up and drop-off service. After collecting your luggage on arrival, please call the hotel on 0807185178 and then wait outside the arrivals building, next to the TMB bank money exchange and ATM. Our hotel taxi will arrive in a few minutes.

If you are already in Phuket/Thailand, and are coming to our hotel by taxi, please ask your driver to turn right on the small road opposite the Baa Nern noodle restaurant, about 800 meters before the airport entrance. (There is an iApple mobile shop on the corner). Then just follow our blue 'FLY' stickers and arrows which you'll see attached to the roadside power poles.

Please note that the physical address of our hotel is not the same as the postal address on your booking voucher! Your taxi driver needs to go to:
