The only thing was the location which was very close to the airport as our flight was out very early the next morning. The bath was leaking and had water all over the floor. There was only a kettle with 2 mugs and no coffee, sugar or milk. There was only 2 pillows on the bed and no hairdrier in the room. The bedding did'nt look and smell fresh as i found a flea on the bed. The airport transfer however was on time and included in the rate.
You need staff that actually speak English for all the foreigners visiting the country. Dont forget to pick up the guests if you say you will.
Lovely Thai style hotel very close to airport (5 mins) but not disturbed by aircraft noise. Food and drink a bit pricey so went out to dinner to the Nai Yang Seafood Restaurant (5 mins away). Excellent food and surroundings there but service lacking.
