Very basic hotel. If what you seek is a no frills, clean room with aircondition and attached bath, this hotel may suit you. Approx 10mins stroll to Janceylon Shopping Mall, or the open air night food street along the same stretch, and a walk to Patong Beach, it is not too near the buzz, yet conveniently located.
We really enjoyed our stay in Urban Patong. The greatest thing about this hotel is its friendly staff (especially the reception ladies)!! They were always very helpful and always responded to our request in a very prompt manner. Apart from the excellent service, location of the hotel is also good. Very close to shopping center, night markets + patong beach! Room is clean with simple design. For the price we paid, it's definitely good value for money! Will definitely go back to this hotel whenever we visit Phuket again!
Hotel is conveniently located. 5mins walk to JungCeylon. The room was clean when we entered. The housekeeping also made sure that the room was made up and fresh towels were given to us daily.
However, the hotel has no lift and it is difficult if we have to carry our heavy luggage up and down the stairs.
