Breakfast buffet wasnt open, menu was extremely limited and boringly the same everyday.
Staff had very little understanding of English.
Pool waterfall never on or music. couldn't,t run a bar/ meals tab by pool, had to pay for everything at time of purchase. Staff would come hounding for pool towels if not returned immediately.
WiFi Internet service was limited.
This resort could be a far better resort with relatively simple changes/ improvements.

Great value. Great location. Lovely staff. Clean and quiet.
Was bittern alive on the 2nd night with bed bugs, they did move me. I thought there was tea and coffee in the room. Web page miss leading. I was not a happy bunny.
