Great location. A little outdated in terms of decor but very clean and great service.
Location was excelent. It is quite close to Bangla road where is the centre of Pantong.
However WiFi was only available in the lobby and it costed 107THB only for 30min. The signal was quite weak and speed was slow. I could not do anything which I wanted. It would be better to go outside internet service shop.

The check-in process wasn't very well organised, and we weren't directed to our room (and we had to lug our cases up the stairs by ourselves). The housekeepers also washed our towels every day even though we hung them up because we thought it was unnecessary and wasteful. However, the rest of our stay was great. The room was spacious enough (we stayed in the Royal Wing - Superior), and the facilities were great. The pool was really nice, with happy hours at the bars. The hotel's location was excellent - near Jungceylon Shopping Centre and Bangla Road, yet is was quiet as it is off the main road. There are also places to get your laundry done and lots of massage parlours nearby. Our room had a small balcony and a good-sized bathroom. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate, though the juices were more like cordial and the pastries were pretty average. I highly recommend the omelettes!
