Quiet and beatiful location just 300 meter from the northern part of patong beach, with its own small beach 30 meters away. 1.5 km to the center of patong beach where all the restaurants and shops are located. Only 10-15 minutes drive to one of Thailand most beautiful golf courses.

I booked these apartments based on the reviews which were good. But it was a lot older and in worse condition than the reviews suggested. In addition in the nine days we stayed there the power went of 7 times one time all night.Also they wanted us to pay in cash saying that there is corruption in Thailand and they accept cash to avoid this. After I said I would only pay using visa it was a lengthy process to get this done. Very suspect! I would not stay there again.
No signficant problems with hotel but it could be significantly improved, given how expensive Patong is, by:
- offering free internet service
- providing a free (or cheaper than Tuk Tuk) shuttle service to town as getting there and back via Tuk Tuk is expensive for Thailand

the residence was excellently located and I was very happy with the accomodation and facilities.
