hotel fairly clean however pool area very ordinary in the fact that limited seating and very hard to get a seat by the pool.also the sun only covers a certain section of the pool and mostly you are in the shade.there should also be a rule that you cannot just reserve a poolside seat by leaving your towel there and coming back later .its annoying
The Hotel is clean, family friendly and ideally located with walking distance to Patong Beach and the activities and night life surrounding Bangla Road. Hotel staff are friendly and hospitable. Even though there are plenty of shops to choose for shopping, goods are unfortunately overpriced, probably due to the place being too commercialise. The Simon Cabaret Show is over-rated, dancers are not properly choreographed, hence no value for money there in our opinion. A not to be missed is Phi Phi island and the surrounding smaller islands for snorkelling, sun and sea.
The hotel has mosquitoes. Location is good and near Jungceylon. Internet access is not good at all, only available during off peak hours.
